Throughout its 35-year history, Autelec has changed its headquarters on various occasions, but what has never changed is its firm purpose of offering its customers the best possible service and advice in order to fully satisfy their needs, even referring them to other companies if they need it. At present, its new facilities located in the Mas de Tous industrial estate in La Pobla de Vallbona have a larger area dedicated to the workshop, which in this new stage has become a priority with respect to space for offices and offices, thus reversing the distribution established in its previous location in Alfafar.

One ​​more edition, as it has been doing without interruption since 1992, AUTELEC Tecnología attends the XVIII Montoro Olive Tree Fair with its own stand, an appointment that, beyond its aspect Purely commercial, it represents the opportunity to establish direct and personal contact with customers and visitors to the show, especially cooperative members. On this occasion, the Valencian firm will present a new version of its already famous DL-294 packaging machine -the DL-294 Plus model- which, with more than 2,000 units sold, is a true benchmark in the semi-automatic packaging machine market.

Totally electric, this advanced equipment does not require compressed air for its operation, just a simple 220/240v single-phase plug and a tank of any size. Thus, in just a few minutes the machine is capable of packaging any quantity from 0.010 to 10 litres. As in previous editions, the public that comes to the AUTELEC Tecnología stand will be able to verify in situ the optimal operation of the DL-294 Plus packaging machine through live demonstrations that undoubtedly already constitute a hallmark of the company. company at the Montoreño fair (the first one took place in 1991 with its first model, the DL-290), and in which they are absolute pioneers. Its filling precision is independent of the viscosity or temperature of the fluid, controlled by its own electronic circuit, while incorporating an effective anti-drip system and a stainless steel mesh safety filter. Currently, all AUTELEC Tecnología products are manufactured entirely at its new headquarters in La Pobla de Vallbona, from which each and every one of the different stages of the production process are controlled: design, manufacturing, distribution, sale and maintenance, always adapting to the needs of the market and its customers.

Indeed, this bottling machine by weight stands out for its versatility, since in a few seconds the amount of olive oil to be bottled can be varied between 0.01 and 10 liters and miniatures, with a resolution of 0.001 liter, perfectly adapting to containers of 1, 2, 3,785 (1 Gallon) or 5 liters, without the need to proceed to any adjustment; and for its high precision, thanks to its dosing system by weight that eliminates errors caused by different viscosities and temperatures, and the automatic and continuous adjustment that it incorporates -after filling each container, the machine automatically checks the quantity packed and performs timely corrections if necessary. Ideal for glass, cans, plastic or ceramics, it is also equipped with a highly effective anti-drip system to prevent the containers from getting dirty.

A model whose great demand has caused its manufacture to be extended throughout the year, thus allowing its almost immediate delivery and thus avoiding unnecessary waiting. Goodbye to outdated equipment

AUTELEC’s headquarters have also undergone several moves throughout this time: that first location at number 12 Calle San Sebastián de Alfafar is already a long way off, going through Mayor José Puertes, to reach the current headquarters at number 4 Praga street in La Pobla de Vallbona. That yes, always in Valencia, land of rice, oranges and horchata, “but also of mills and good olive oils”, recalls Carot. Currently, AUTELEC Technology is present in 18 countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Morocco, Italy, Argentina, Chile, Jordan, Colombia, Egypt, Mexico, Tunisia, Turkey, USA, China, New Zealand, India and Australia. With almost 4,000 pieces of equipment and close to 2,000 clients, the company continues to advance, always remaining in the discreet background, “because not everything is appearing in the photos and going to events or receiving prizes”, affirms its manager, who concludes by assuring that ” For us, the most important thing is that our customers are satisfied and that the equipment works correctly, that is our philosophy. With an approximate production of up to 230 l./hour, the DM-120 packaging machine is a very versatile and reliable machine that allows you to program the amount to be packaged -both in liters and in kilos- in a few seconds, with electronic filling control by weight, automatic determination of the density of the liquid to be packaged and quality control of packaging. After each dosage, the machine checks the amount actually packaged and the microprocessor that it incorporates automatically makes corrections in successive packages -or what amounts to the same thing, it learns from its small errors-, obtaining very high precisions never achieved to date, impossible to achieve with other systems.

In addition, the machine -made of AISI 304 stainless steel- has an exclusive, highly effective anti-drip system to prevent the containers from getting dirty, as well as total and partial counters for a Complete control of the packed liquid. Its installation is very simple, since it does not need compressed air or air tanks, it being enough to connect it to the single-phase network and its connection by means of a flexible sanitary pipe to the supply tank. It also stands out for its easy handling thanks to its keyboard and display system, resulting in a rapidly amortizable unit due to its low cost.
